FTA in Patagonia: Exploring the Private Conservation Initiative in Cerro Guido

Part of the team from Fundación Tierra Austral visited the Torres del Paine commune in the Magallanes and Chilean Antarctica Region to learn about the private conservation project being developed at Estancia Cerro Guido. Currently, this project is being carried out as a comprehensive conservation initiative led by the Cerro Guido Conservación Foundation. The main objective is to promote a respectful coexistence between traditional land uses, sustainable tourism, and the conservation of native species that inhabit the area.
