Fundación Tierra Austral presents at an international seminar

The Assembly of the Local Congress of the State of Sonora in Mexico approved a decree that strengthens conservation areas and creates fiscal and financial instruments to incentivize the establishment of protected areas, incorporating the concept of Derecho Real de Conservación (DRC). Victoria Alonso, Executive Director of Fundación Tierra Austral, and Andrés Pinto, President of the network Así Conserva Chile, were invited to speak at an international seminar due to their roles as prominent organizations with experience in Chile regarding the design and implementation process of DRC agreements that ensure effective nature conservation.
