Significant findings in monitoring in the O’Higgins Region
In Bosques del Tinguiririca, a natural reserve in the O’Higgins Region covering an approximate area of 1,600 hectares (3953 acre), various camera traps were installed in November, in collaboration with the environmental consulting team from Photosintesis. These camera traps captured different species, including the Leopardus Colocolo, an Andean wildcat believed to be threatened (although there is not enough information to determine if it is endangered or in a vulnerable state).
