Tierra Austral Participates in the National Protected Rivers Meeting

Our team traveled to Los Pellines, a protected wilderness area located in the Chillán River Valley, to join other civil society organizations promoting the Protected Rivers Law. This initiative aims to strengthen the protection of the country’s rivers through, among other measures, new regulations on protected and restored rivers. More than 15 organizations participated in this event, which aimed to analyze strategies and outline concrete and collaborative action plans for river conservation in Chile.
