The property spans approximately 240 hectares, and through the implementation of a Derecho Real de Conservación (DRC), 94% of the land (228 hectares) will be permanently protected. The park hosts numerous species classified under various conservation categories, such as guayacán and algarrobo, and also homes four native cacti species, including Eriosyce coimasensis (Quisquito de las Coimas), an endemic cactus with a limited geographical range in the Aconcagua Valley.
